National Volunteer Week

National Volunteer Week is April 15th – 21st, 2018!

Annually, we participate in National Volunteer Week through organizing volunteer appreciation events in St. Albert each year. National Volunteer Week is all about celebrating the power of volunteerism and appreciating the volunteers who selflessly contribute to building our wonderful St. Albert community!

Thank You St. Albert Volunteers!

Volunteer Appreciation Celebration

Volunteer Coffee Break

Volunteers enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea from one of our generous local sponsors. It is a great way for our VCS Associate Member Organizations to provide a tangible “thank you” to their hardworking volunteers; and it is a great way for the local businesses to be involved in the St. Albert community and show their support.

Last year over 4,500 coupons were distributed to St. Albert volunteers, from 63 of our member organizations, giving the volunteers an opportunity to enjoy a free cup of coffee from one of our generous local sponsors as part of our Coffee Break Coupon program!

Mobile Volunteer Centre!

Visit the Volunteer Centre on Thursday, April 19 from 10 am – 3 pm on the main floor lobby of St. Albert Place (City Hall), outside of the St. Albert Public Library. Find out about volunteer opportunities in the community and how you can get involved!
