First Aid/CPR Courses

In partnership with ACT FAST First Aid & Safety Training, CIVC will begin offering Emergency First Aid & CPR certification courses. We are excited to host our next course for Spring 2019 on Sunday, June 9th – Teen Emergency First Aid/CPR. The course is designed for teens ages 13–18. This course is a confidence booster and looks great on a resume!
Course material will include:

- Learn about the EMS system & how to call for help
– What’s in your first aid kit?
– A B Cs of checking & caring for someone ill or injured
CPR skills & choking care for adult, child & infants
– Asthma attack or allergic reaction – what do you do?
– Control of bleeding & wound care

*Includes any other content required by specific legislation

Course Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Course Fee: $100

If you choose to pay via cash or cheque, please print a copy of the email you receive after you submit your registration and mail or drop it off along with payment to:

Please note that your payment is due within ten days of registration, or within 72 hours (3 days) of the course date, which ever happens first.
